Learn to Fly!
A Discord based DCS training community built to get new pilots into DCS Multiplayer
The DCS Virtual Weapons Academy is designed to provide virtual pilots with the basic skills needed to fly and fight safely in a multiplayer environment. VWA is intended to be a learning community where participants can gain foundational understanding and tools to practice combat aviation on their own or with others, and to build the confidence to get into multiplayer.
What is the VWA
A training focused DCS community for new and experienced pilots
Discord is the organizational backbone of VWA. It is where new members get roles, find branch-specific channels, ask for help, sign up for classes, and connect with instructors and fellow pilots. VWA primarily runs structured class cycles throughout the year. Cycles begin with a meet and greet, can run for up to 10 weeks, and still leave room for catch-up sessions, ad-hoc learning events, and graduate-level topics.
